- Check in anytime from 3pm and enjoy time relaxing in our long lounge or settling into your room
- Why not meet fellow guests in the Conservatory bar for a pre-dinner drink?
- Dinner is an informal buffet served at a time to suit your party
- Overnight accommodation in an Executive double or twin bedded room.
- Full traditional breakfast served at your leisure in the Conservatory restaurant between 8 - 10.30am
- You have the day at your leisure to explore the local area or relax in the hotel
- Meet for pre-dinner drinks from 7pm
- Your three course Gala Dinner with coffee is served from 7.30pm
- Disco playing until midnight
- Full traditional breakfast served at your leisure in the Conservatory restaurant between 8 - 10.30am

- Weekend bed and breakfast stay voucher to be used as a prize for your fundraising (raffle prize etc..)
- Free overnight trial visit for the President and Festival Secretary (terms and conditions apply)
- Treat guests to afternoon tea on arrival in our Conservatory restaurant or long lounge
- Book entertainment for the Friday evening, whether it is a murder mystery, race night or pianist our team are happy to help with suggestions and can book outside entertainers on request
- Host a Champagne and canapés pre-dinner reception
- Add an extra course to Saturdays dinner, our chef will be delighted to add a fish course, sorbet, soup or cheese course
- Upgrade the disco to a band
- Order flowers or decorations for the banqueting tables
- Book one of our recommended photographers

- This package is based on a minimum of 30 rooms, if you have less guests please speak with our events team as we are able to accommodate you in alternative function rooms
- Bedroom upgrades are available on request and will be charged at a supplement
