A recent £4.2m renovation, meticulously designed to celebrate the country house hotel’s history, introduced the new brasserie-style dining experience in The Refectory restaurant, situated at the site of the original nun’s cafeteria. An additional eight new bedrooms are situated on the second floor, with a further seven rooms built in the original schoolhouse in St Anne’s Wing, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 70.
