This November, four of our stunning UK and Channel Island properties will host unforgettable evenings celebrating the best of South African wines and local British produce.

Nestled in South Africa's Walker Bay, Creation Wines embodies a commitment to sustainability and a deep respect for nature's rhythms. Drawing inspiration from Ayurvedic principles, these wines perfectly complement the seasonal transition known as Sharad Ritu — a time for restoration and rejuvenation.

Each event features a carefully crafted five-course tasting menu, showcasing the finest local ingredients paired with five exceptional Creation wines. Our talented chefs have designed these menus to nourish both body and soul, reflecting the ethos of Creation Wines and the bounty of each hotel's surroundings.
