Treatment times include the review of a pre-completed medical consultation. Spa treatments do not include use of facilities unless purchased by hotel residents, members or as part of a spa break/day. All spa experiences require 100% pre-payment at time of booking. Spa treatments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date of your spa treatment – after which a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
