CANCELLATION POLLICY
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice by email to [email protected]
OUR POLICY
- Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 48hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee.
- The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved treatment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
- Payment for cancellations with more than 48hrs notice will be issued as credit to your account and we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
