Lansdown Restaurant

Lansdown Restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere enhanced further by the floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the space with plenty of natural light.

Head Chef, Michael Ball, has designed a menu that celebrates classic ingredients and modern flavour combinations to create an exceptional modern British dining experience for guests. 

Taking inspiration from the natural larder on our doorstep and from foraging within the estate, dishes are vibrant and colourful with a focus on seasonality and provenance.

Complementing the menu is an extensive wine list and Chef recommends diners leave room for a delicate or robust dessert, from a light parfait to a wide selection of locally produced cheese.
