Take up the Dry January challenge with a little inspiration from our delicious mocktails!

After the indulgences of the festive season, more people than ever are taking up the Dry January challenge. We believe mocktails can be just as intoxicating (in a sense!) and full of flavour as their alcoholic counterparts. Here are a few of our favourites for you to try this month:

Green Temple 

Ingredients 
12.5ml Elderflower cordial
Half a lime
100ml Lemonade
2g Basil

Method 
Add the elderflower cordial and lemon juice to a glass.
Add cubed ice and top up with lemonade. 
Garnish with a sprig of basil.

 

 

 

Blackberry & Vanilla

Ingredients 
10ml Lemon Juice
35ml Blackberry Fruit Purée
150ml Soda Water
25ml Vanilla Syrup
2 tspn Clear Honey
10g Mint

Method 
Add the lemon juice, blackberry purée, vanilla syrup & honey into a glass. 
Add ice cubes and top with soda water. 
Garnish with a sprig of mint.

 

Fruit Punch

Ingredients:
75ml Orange Juice
75ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Ginger Ale
25ml Lemonade
12.5ml Strawberry Syrup
5g Mint

Method:
Add all of the ingredients in a glass with cubed ice. 
Give it a quick stir, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

 

 

More Clover – Less Club

Ingredients:
35ml Caleño
12.5ml Raspberry Syrup
25g Egg White
12.5ml Lemon Juice
5g Raspberries

Method:
Hard shake all of the ingredients, strain into a glass and serve.
