Is there car parking?

Yes, there is space for over 150 cars.

Where is the health club located?

Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, Brands Hatch Road, Fawkham, Kent, DA3 8NQ – adjacent to the Hotel.

What should I wear for my induction?

Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.

What should I wear for classes?

Please wear comfortable loose clothing with soft rubber soled training shoes. Black soled shoes are not permitted in the studio.

What are the opening times?

Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 10pm | Friday 6.30am - 9pm | Weekends 8am - 8pm (Last entrance 45mins before closing time.)

Can I get food and drink?

Yes, this is served in our Atrium Lounge where we also have a fully licensed bar area.

Do you have a physiotherapist on site?

No – but we do have deep tissue massages available in the spa

Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?

No, not at this time but please click here for more details on membership.

Are children allowed in the pool?

Yes, we have children swim times between the following hours:

Morning: 8am – 10am
Afternoon: 4pm – 6.30pm

Yes

Can you help me with nutrition?

Yes, we have qualified fitness consultants and personal trainers available every day

Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?

Yes, we offer a range of hen party spa day and residential packages which include selected treatments and full day use of our health club facilities .

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes, we have separate spa facilities and both male and female changing rooms with full size lockers and baby changing areas.

I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?

Go to the bar and order yourself a drink!
