Our culinary team have prepared a special four course Battle of Britain menu for you to enjoy with starters including smoked salmon gravlax and pressed corn-fed chicken. Choose from roast lamb saddle, cod fillet or courgette flower for the main event and finish with either Jersey strawberry bavarois, a dark chocolate dome or a selection of cheeses.
