• The cinema and Leopold Suite must be booked together for a children's party.
• £400 room hire for the cinema and Leopold Suite including popcorn with a minimum spend of £300 for food and beverage. Total for a children's party is £700.
• The cinema party must be attended by at least 1 adult.
• Guests can bring their own birthday cake but no other food and beverage is permitted unless served by the hotel.
• The cinema party can be a maximum of 3 hours. 
• Food options for children is from £15 per kid plus beverages, whilst adults is from £18 plus beverages.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional £100 cleaning fee if deemed necessary.
• Full prepayment is required 14 days in advance.
