Is there car parking?
Yes in the main car park of the hotel
Where is the health club located?
In a separate building to the rear of the hotel
What should I wear for my induction?
Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.
What should I wear for classes?
Comfortable lose clothing with soft rubber sole training shoes. Black sole shoes are not permitted in the studio.
How much is the membership?

What are the opening times?
7am – 10pm Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm Saturday - Sunday
Can I get food and drink?
Yes, served in the main hotel
What classes do you have?
We have a range of classes on offer aqua aerobics, yoga and circuits, please speak to a member of the team for more information
Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
We only allow members to use our facilities. To view spa day options please click here.
What is the size of the swimming pool?
14m and 1.35m in depth at all points
Are children allowed in the pool?
Hotel residents children can use the pool between the following hours:
- Monday- 9am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Tuesday-10am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Wednesday- 9am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Thursday- 9am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Friday- 10am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Saturday- 9am-11am, 3pm-5pm
Sunday- 9am-11am, 3pm-5pm
1 adult must accompany every 2 children under 8 in the swimming pool. Children under 18 (but 8 year and over) must be accompanied by an adult in the pool hall.
Are children allowed in the gym?
Children from the age of 16 are allowed in the gym.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes and we have a disabled buggy for the gravel pathways
Can you help me with nutrition?
Yes our gym instructors and personal trainers can give you advise on nutrition
Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?
Yes, this is dependent on numbers please contact our Spa Manager for more information
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, male, female and disabled
I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?
