The staff are amazing from the time we arrived to the time we had to depart, our stay was an absolute delight. The staff made our comfort, our possible needs all about us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so charming. This is a well managed hotel and came over as a happy/proud to work there place to stay. Not once were we made to feel unwelcome, or just another guest of many. Reception, bar staff, spa staff, cleaners, restaurant staff all and everyone were warm professional and the best at what they do. Wow we are very impressed and will definitely be returning.
