Hosted by David Landini, General Manager and Head Winemaker of our founders' Villa Saletta estate, you'll savour a regionally-inspired menu cooked over the coals by our chef and served outdoors on our terrace.

Each dish is perfectly paired with Villa Saletta's acclaimed wines, allowing you to sip exquisite Tuscan wines as the sun sets over the grounds and gardens surrounding our historic, Cheshire estate.
