Your call to dinner will be announced by our Scottish piper, who will set the tone for a stunning six course tasting menu in our main restaurant. Relax and enjoy your evening with our resident musician as you prepare to ring in the new year with a glass of Champagne. For those partial, port and cheese will also be on hand.
