Join us this International Women’s Day for a delightful Sparkling Afternoon Tea, celebrating the achievements and inspiring stories of some of Guernsey’s iconic women. Taking place on Friday, 7th March at 2pm in the elegant setting of La Fontaine, this special event features three incredible speakers:

• Shelaine Green: after a high-profile marketing career, Shelaine founded local brain injury charity, Headway, and went on to chair the Guernsey Disability Alliance for 7 years. She now chairs Women in Public Life, inspiring and supporting the women of Guernsey to stand for public office. 
• Rebecca Goater: Bex joined the executive board of Network Insurance & Financial Planning Limited in 2015 and recently passed the IoD Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction, as well as winning the Female Leadership Award at the Channel Islands WealthBriefing Awards and being a finalist in the Professional Adviser Women in Financial Advice awards for 3 years running.
• Jo Priaulx: In 2003, Jo founded the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation along with her husband, three times World Touring Car Champion Andy Priaulx MBE, following the premature births of their two children. To date, the Priaulx Charity has raised in excess of £1,000,000 to help Guernsey families with a premature baby or critically ill child. Its key areas of work include running a trio of flats next to Southampton Hospital for those receiving off-island care, providing equipment to the local neonatal unit and offering practical, emotional and financial support to parents during difficult times.
