WHAT OUR COUPLES SAY...

After postponing our bigger celebration due to Covid, we just wanted to get married with our nearest and dearest. When the lockdown was lifted we were able to have our ceremony and reception and we couldn't have asked for a better experience, mini-weddings can still feel very special, if not more. We were able to enjoy the company of our guests and didn't feel rushed. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. For any bride or groom unsure of how a Covid wedding will look, do not worry, it can still feel very special and the team at Woodlands Park will look after you.

We had our wedding cancelled three times due to corona virus but we finally tied the knot in December 2020, with all the Covid-19 safety rules and regulations in place. There were no compromises made by Woodlands Park Hotel to the luxury, efficiency and delivery of what was an exceptionally wonderful day. They could not have been more accommodating or inventive. The attention to each and every detail to make our day spectacular and hospitable was palpable and evident throughout. It was a very different event to the one we originally planned but this experience was a testament to our current history, surreal but intimate, emotional and intensely worthwhile.
