Our chef is passionate about sourcing produce from trusted local suppliers to ensure the highest quality of ingredients with fresh seafood straight from the fisherman’s port just a stone’s throw from the hotel. The menu is characterised by vibrant flavours and fresh textures.

Sunday Lunch: Sea View – 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Dinner: Sea View - Thursday to Saturday from 6pm -8.30pm
