How long can you hold a date?
At Ettington Park Hotel, we typically hold dates for a limited time, usually 7 days. To secure your preferred date, we recommend contacting our wedding team as soon as possible. Once the contract has been signed and the non-refunable deposit payment has been made, your date will be officially reserved.
What’s the maximum guest limit at Ettington Park's wedding venues?
The maximum guest limit at Ettington Park's is 100 people for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and up to 150 for the evening reception. Our experienced wedding team will work with you to accommodate your guest list comfortably.
Does Ettington Park Hotel offer discounted group rates for wedding guests?
Yes, Ettington Park Hotel has 47 rooms and and as part of your wedding package you can offer your wedding guests who wish to book accommodation a special rate. Please make an enquiry for more information.

We understand the importance of exclusivity for your special day. At Ettington Park, the option of exclusive use is available, which ensures that you and your guests have the sole use of the venue for your wedding. Our two smaller packages do not offer exclusive use.
