The Refectory Restaurant
Our brasserie-style restaurant, The Refectory, is open for dinner, afternoon tea and Sunday lunch, offering diners a relaxed yet creative menu of seasonal dishes with a focus on provenance and regional influences.
Situated on the ground floor in what was the old Thompson Dining Hall and the original nun’s refectory, a cool and contemporary design has been carefully introduced to both contrast and complement the hall’s elegant period features, making it a nice place to eat in Worcester.
This spacious restaurant now offers sumptuous booths, comfortable table seating and doors to the front of the hotel, opening out onto an extensive sun-trap terrace, perfect for alfresco summer dining.
Changing the menu regularly ensures that ingredients and flavours are always fresh and that our chefs are inspired by what’s in season. Guests can enjoy dishes that feature the finest British produce such as Welsh lamb and heritage vegetables or choose from an array of award-winning wines and cheeses.
Dinner: 6pm - 10.30pm (Last sitting at 9pm)
